Head of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality £60,000 - £70,000 plus health insurance, gym membership and benefits Dungannon Are you an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality? Are you a dedicated and proactive person wanting lead a crucial department and drive excellence and continuous improvement? Specialists in designing and manufacturing a wide array of specialized products. Based in Dungannon, with a manufacturing facility spanning across Europe, the team consists of over 400 dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success and longevity. In this role, you will drive and maintain robust SHEQ performance across the company. Your responsibilities will include enhancing standards, systems, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation, and implementing best practices across a multidisciplinary team. The role: Champion SHEQ initiatives. Enhance safety culture and employee engagement. Develop and track KPIs, ensuring continual improvement. Update strategies and policies to meet ISO and regional standards. Oversee certifications and conduct internal audits. Incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Conduct site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance. Manage SHEQ budgets and prepare performance reports. Liaise with external bodies and support subcontractor onboarding. Support our Mental Health and Wellbeing program. What You Need: NEBOSH 10 years in SHEQ roles, with 5+ years in senior positions. Strong understanding of ISO and/or OSHA. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel internationally.
