Read on and apply today. br b The Role /b br As our Head of Strategic Asset Investment, you will oversee the collection, planning and reporting of asset data and information within our organisation. br This senior-level role will see you maintaining oversight of our asset plans, capturing, analysing and visualising our asset data using our asset grading model to promote informed decision-making. br Youll model annual investment programmes that are cost-effective and support our strategic objectives, as well as developing our asset grading model to enhance strategic thinking around investment decisions. br Actively contributing to the delivery of our Asset Management Plan, youll engage with stakeholders to continually improve and innovate our strategic asset approach, maximising the portfolios success and value. br Additionally, you will: br - Be the principal contact for the preparation of annual business plans and investment and disposal strategies br - Develop a strategic approach to asset appraisal methodology br - Co-ordinate all activities to maintain, update and verify the Asset Appraisal Model (AAM) br - Lead on the appraisal of non-performing assets br - Develop and implement asset and estate quality standards br b About You /b br To be considered as our Head of Strategic Asset Investment, you will need: br - Significant strategic leadership experience in asset management br - Experience of operating at a senior level and negotiating with stakeholders br - Experience in asset management database management br - The ability to inspire, support and develop others to optimise their performance br - The ability to produce complex business plan multi-year budgets using data br - The ability to analyse business information and formulate metrics that deliver permanent or consolidated progress br - To be carbon literate, with knowledge of sound environmental and sustainability practices relating to retrofit br - Knowledge of relevant housing legislation br - A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience br The closing date for this role is 7th July 2024. br Interviews will be held on 16th July 2024 in Skypark, Exeter. br Other organisations may call this roleHead of Housing Programme Management, Head of Housing Projects, Head of Property Maintenance, Head of Facilities, Head of Housing and Community Services, Head of Housing Operations, or Head of Property Services. br Webrecruit and LiveWest are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
