Their clients include NGOs, governments, and businesses, all working to address and solve complex societal challenges. /p p br /p p strong The Role: /strong /p p As the Head of Strategy, you will: /p ul li Lead a multidisciplinary research team, delivering audience-driven insights across various campaigns. /li li Oversee a strategy team, applying behavior change principles, human-centered design, and strategic thinking to shape program design, campaign planning, and analyses like political economy assessments and conflict evaluations. /li li Ensure the highest quality output from both teams, providing guidance on integrating qualitative research and human-centered design. /li li Support business development, contributing to proposal writing for strategy and research initiatives. /li li Play an active role on the senior management team, offering strategic advice and promoting best practices across the organization. /li /ul p br /p p strong Your Skills and Experience: /strong /p ul li A deep understanding of research and strategy within a social impact context. /li li At least 10 years of experience in research and strategy roles within social impact or related agencies. /li li Proven track record in leading behavior change campaigns and developing social strategies. /li li Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. /li /ul p br /p p strong Interview Process: /strong /p ol li strong Stage 1: /strong 30-minute Teams interview /li li strong Stage 2: /strong Task assignment and presentation /li /ol
