We are partnering with a consumer luxury brand that is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their leadership team. The business is fully engaged in its next phase of growth and transformation, which includes strengthening the leadership and capabilities in all areas of the business. As they continue to grow and innovate, they need someone to lead their supply chain operations with a strategic vision, while also diving into the daily activities that make their processes exceptional.
About the role
As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our manufacturing & supply chain operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery. The company is actively entering new markets and accelerating its pipeline of NPD. This role will require a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, but who is still keen to be involved in the daily activities of the team. They will need strong leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.
A great candidate will have:
Experience in a senior supply chain position, ideally in luxury/premium consumer goods.
End-to-end supply chain management experience overseeing planning, procurement and supply chain management.
Strategic leader that is equally happy doing the daily activities as required in the role.
Experienced at influencing and managing third party contract manufacturers in the UK & internationally.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and effective at all levels.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results.
An individual that fosters a high performance and sustainable supply chain culture.
