Head of Sustainability Reporting

ROLE PURPOSE The Head of Sustainability Reporting role is a dedicated role responsible for the delivery and development of Impax s sustainability reporting and effectively communicating Impax s leading approach in the transition to a more sustainable economy. The role requires deep understanding of sustainability and reporting experience, including strong knowledge of automation approaches, as well as the evolving, global sustainable finance and regulatory landscape. The role requires significant project management and coordination across the firm and its departments and hence strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical. ROLE DIMENSIONS The role is based within the Impax Sustainability Centre (SC) in London and reporting to Impax s Global Head of Sustainability & Stewardship, based in London. The role is responsible for the delivery of existing and new sustainability reports and disclosures, as well as developing and innovating these, both in terms of automation and value-add content. The Head of Sustainability Reporting will be responsible for the direction of Impax s sustainability reporting, including the firm s voluntary, client and regulatory sustainability reporting. The successful candidate will have a solid sense of innovation of sustainability within reporting, understand client, marketplace and regulatory needs and requirements relating to sustainability reporting, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management of sustainability reporting processes and delivery: Responsible for the process and delivery of Impax s on-going sustainability reporting Industry-linked reporting (UK Stewardship Code statement, CDP, PRI reporting) Client- and investor-related reporting (Impact, Stewardship and client Sustainability Reports) Regulatory reporting (SFDR, TCFD and Modern Slavery) Oversight and development of Impax s sustainability-related policies Development of leading sustainability reporting processes: Assessing the optimal scope of overall reporting Developing innovation in sustainability reporting Thought-leading, value-adding sustainability content Improved reporting formats Improving processes and enhanced automation of reporting Sustainability data automation Improved processes and systems, leading to more efficient reporting Internal collaboration across Impax s departments for improved reporting architecture Enhancing client sustainability reporting experience : Conducting client surveys on sustainability reporting Contributing to Impax s client partnership work Staying ahead of best reporting practices, evolving regulatory requirements, and emerging standards SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE Essential: 5-8 years of sustainability reporting experience with leading investment or consulting firm Deep expertise of sustainability and sustainable investing Strong written and presentation skills Outstanding project management skills Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Impax s different departments Solid knowledge of the global sustainable finance regulatory landscape Quantitative and data management skills are highly desirable Desirable: Sustainability-related degree Quantitative and/or data management experience / qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
