Due to these sizable new business wins alongside their current business, they are looking for a manager to head up their already successful business. There will be no need to build out as its live with plenty to run with, they just need someone trustworthy who wants to lead.Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for FinTech recruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping and securing quality candidates for clients; delivering mid to senior leadership appointments.You will have the autonomy to build out your team the way you see fit, with the financial and client backing behind you.
