This person will be working alongside the Global CCO, EMEA CCO and the EMEA GC as a key contributor to refining, improving, and enhancing the Legal and Compliance platform for the region. /p p br br Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below. br /p p The role will support the continued growth of the investment teams and incoming PM’s and manage all aspects of the compliance monitoring programme acting as the primary contact for front office investment teams, technology and the business. /p p br /p p strong Key responsibilities include: /strong /p ul li Leading the implementation and ongoing oversight of RTS 6 under MiFID II. /li li Providing expert trading advisory compliance for our front-office teams, ensuring that our algorithmic trading strategies adhere to regulatory requirements. /li li Collaborating closely with portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams to develop and maintain a robust compliance framework. /li li Staying ahead of regulatory changes and advising on their impact on our operations. /li /ul p br /p p strong Key Qualifications: /strong /p ul li Extensive experience in investment compliance within a hedge fund, investment bank or similar financial institution. /li li Proven track record in implementing RTS 6 for MiFID II, with a deep understanding of the associated regulatory landscape. /li li Strong background in algorithmic trading, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex trading strategies and compliance requirements. /li li Experience in providing trading advisory compliance for front-office teams. /li li Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. /li /ul p br /p p A highly competitive compensation package is on offer for this position. /p
