Role: Head of TransformationLocation: London (Hybrid)Pay range and compensation package:£100,000 - £120,000k, plus bonus & benefitsRole Overview:IGA Talent Solutions are partnered with a leading FTSE 250 firm looking to bring in a Head of Transformation. The Head of Transformation will report into the Chief Transformation Officer and will be responsible for leading organisational change initiatives. They will ensure smooth transitions during periods of change and work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement the transformation strategies. The Head of Transformation will support and manage a large UK team, based in London, on a hybrid nature. They will have the opportunity to lead a large organisational transformation throughout the business, increasing efficiencies and assisting the rapid growth they are seeing.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of key organisational projects and portfolios.Lead the development of business cases which determine the strategic direction.Ensure appropriate governance is followed and is a key stakeholder in enhancing change policy and related processes.Design and implement organizational frameworks and tools.Provide strategic advice on change management and recommend innovative solutions.Excellent change and stakeholder management skillsHigh emotional intelligence, with the ability to read different situations and adjust management styles accordingly to communicate effectively and get the best out of people.Able to create professional and formal documentation, including business cases.Positive, can-do approach, always looking for solutions.Qualifications and Experience:10+ years of Change Management experienceQualifications in Project Management covering waterfall and/or agile.Experienced in project management, including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource management.Experience managing large programmesIf you are interested, apply directly with your CV to #####.
