This role will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and is offering hybrid working:
The role:-
As the UK and North America Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic marketing direction across both markets.
This role reports into the Global Marketing and Customer Director, you will lead the UK and NA Marketing Managers ensuring all efforts are cohesive, data driven and aligned with the companies growth objectives.
This role will really focus on elevating the company brand, maximising ROI and ensuring operational efficiency across both markets.
A critical part of this role will be providing the leadership, guidance and driving performance from both teams.

Key attributes, work experience and qualifications:-
  • Over 7 years in a senior marketing role
  • Proven track record of delivering high- impact marketing campaigns that also drive significant ROI
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience of overseeing remote or geographically dispersed teams
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix (digital, print, PR and events)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance management for optimising marketing performance
