Sleepeezee is one of the leading premium Bed and Mattress manufacturers in the UK that has been granted a Royal Warrant by His Majesty King Charles III. Based in Rochester Kent, Sleepeezee celebrates 100 years of making beds this year. We are looking for an all-round leader to head our UK Independent Retail Sales arm.
Location:
Flexible between home and office with a minimum of 1-2 days per week in the Rochester Kent Head Office is required
Contract Type:
Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Package:
£60-65K basic + Bonus up to 25% + Car+ Private Medical+ 32 days Holiday (inc. BH)+ Pension
As the Head of UK Retail Sales, you will be responsible for sales to all our Independent Retail store customers operating throughout mainland UK. Managing through a team of Area Sales Managers and agents, the role involves maximising sales revenues while developing strong long-lasting relationships with our independent retail partners. As Independent Retail is a cornerstone of the company’s current and future growth, this is a strategic position that sits within the Senior Management team.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate success in the following areas:

Product Development
Organization and Planning
Results Oriented
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication.
A clean driving license is required for this role and candidates must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as well as work in the Rochester office 1-2 days per week.
