About the Role:
As the Head Pastry Chef , you will oversee the production of a variety of premium pastries and desserts for multiple outlets.
Manage and lead the pastry team in a high-volume, high-standard production environment.
Maintain consistency and quality across all production, ensuring delivery of top-tier pastries that meet luxury standards.
Innovate and develop new products, working closely with the executive team to meet client and business demands.
Focus on efficiency and productivity while ensuring that creativity and attention to detail remain paramount.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a large-scale operation or Central Production Unit.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a large team and high volume of production.
Expertise in producing luxury pastries, desserts, and baked goods at a high standard.
Ability to balance creativity with operational needs, ensuring both innovation and efficiency.
Experience working in fine dining or 5-star hotel environments preferred.
