5 days over 7, some early evenings required

The Job Role
Pastry Chef in a flagship private school.
Catering for up to 1500 a day
Catering for events/pop ups and hospitality
Cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.
Supporting the head chef and team.
The Requirements
The successful applicant will already be a proven Pastry Chef within Independent Education/B&I Sites/hotels or restaurants
A passionate foodie who is in touch with current food trends.
Experience of high volume catering is essential.
