We are seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to lead our clients thriving SEMH Primary School, catering to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.

The Role:
As Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. You will:
Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school
Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement
Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment
Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community
The Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education. The ideal candidate will:
Hold a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting
Have a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies in supporting pupils with SEMH needs
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills
Be committed to developing both pupils and staff, inspiring a positive and safe learning environment
Be resilient, solution-focused, and capable of driving improvement
