Head Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Therapist to lead and manage our soon to open tranquil country escape. This role requires a skilled professional with exceptional treatment expertise, leadership qualities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high treatment standards, and supporting team.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments to the highest standard.

  Supervise, mentor, and support a team of therapists to ensure excellent service delivery.

  Conduct training and development sessions to maintain and enhance team skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage treatment room standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with scheduling, stock control, and ordering professional products as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle client consultations, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive sales of treatments and retail products, supporting business growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with management to implement new treatments, promotions, and service enhancements.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 3�years of experience as a therapist, with leadership experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Recognised beauty or spa therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of skincare, massage, and body treatments.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to train and mentor junior therapists.
