Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join the Team of one of our clients, an innovative, customer-focused soft services provider operating across the UK. As Health and Safety Advisor, you will be supporting Public Realm contracts in hazard identification and risk management. Reporting into the Health and Safety Manager, you will carry out Health and Safety audits and create site and task specific RAMS. The ideal Health and Safety Advisor would have previous operational experience, and previous Public Realm activities would be beneficial. Responsibilities:

Manage all Public Realm contracts

*

Carry out H&S Audits

*

Create site and task specific RAMS

*

Amendment duties Risk Assessment

*

Pregnant Employee Risk Assessment

*

COSHH Assessments

*

Deliver training on machinery

*

Complete health questionnaires for night workers

*

Identify where training is needed and liaise with Training Manager

*

Deal with accidents on the portfolio

*

Set up Human Focus accounts

*

Conduct regular site visits to support managers

*

Flexible working - weekends and night shifts may be needed

Requirements:

Must have previous operational experience

*

Experience of public realm activities would be beneficial
