ATK Solutions are currently seeking an Operations Manager to work with a technical consultancy within the fire safety sector and offers a range of services including fire engineering, construction assessment, latent defect claims, expert witness testimony, and fire risk assessments. With expertise in the built environment and housing sectors, we provide bespoke fire engineering solutions to meet specific requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in their office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, optimising processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in operations management or a related field
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
