Shirley Parsons are partnered with a superb Utilities Business who have huge involvement with some massive projects across the country, and are now looking to add to their already impressive roster! We are looking for an EHS Business Partner, with a steady history of CDM, Lifts and heights experience, who can travel the country and offer support to a wide variety of different stakeholders and collaborate across the site with multiple professions! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to make that step towards Senior Management with a reputable business, who are relentless with their vision of sustainable practices! Duties include:Owning HSE responsibilities on various sites, which include High rise commercial builds and residential buildings. Using your CDM and "Working at height" knowledge to implement strategies across the various sites. Using your engagement skills to manage risks, not just being a safety authoritarian Support, encourage and influence stakeholders at various levels, in a matrix style structureAssist line managers with incident investigations, ensuring true root cause and class leading lesson sharingRequired Work experience:Ideally you will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential construction environment.Working knowledge of LOLER: Appointed Persons, Scaffolding, MEWPs, Avoiding Danger from Services (HSG47), Road Risk and small site set ups.Knowledge of electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance practices across domestic, commercial and industrial application is desirable but not essential.Possess the ability to dissect data, trend analyse and produce a body of work fairly quickly in a succinct and simple wayProven track record of successful resultsStrong self-drive and resilience to overcome challenges and deliver resultsRelevant experience of building a strong and consistent culture of safety throughout an organisation.Experience with on-site coaching.
