The Health & Safety Advisor contributes to HSE strategy across multiple sites, monitoring areas of non-compliance and identifying risk reduction opportunities.You will be a lead person for H&S Strategy, procedures, policy, training and complying with legal obligations within an automotive development and manufacturing environment, which involves High Voltage Processes and Testing. DeliverablesContributing to Health and Safety Strategy, developing Health and Safety policies and effectively reporting to the boardCreating Quality, Health, Safety and Environment QHSE standards and procedures Plan and conduct Health, Safety and Environment HSE inspections and risk assessmentsPerson RequirementsExperience in Manufacturing environment in a regulated industry such as Automotive, Aerospace or Rail NEBOSH Diploma / NCRQ Diploma or equivalent NVQ Level 5 or 6 or accredited degreeKnowledge and experience of ISO9001 and ISO14001Ability to conduct accident investigations and Health and Safety inspections and audits TagsQESH, Health & Safety, Health Safety Quality Environment, NEBOSH, H&S, IIRSM, Accident Investigation, HSE ManagementThis company is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
