Health and Safety Manager - Construction

Health and Safety Manager – North London
We are working with a tier one contractor who are currently working on a major infrastructure framework project in North London. The project involves the remediation, roads, bridges and flood mitigation measures; as well as electricity, gas, communications and water connections.
This safety manager will be responsible for implementing the highest standards across the scheme;
Initiating and maintain positive measures to raise standards
Support the monitoring of sites through the audit process
Ensure effective investigations take place to prevent accidents & incidents, whilst ensuring effective learning from all events are presented to the head of HSEQ for wider business distribution.
The following criteria is required for the role;
Previous experience as a Health and Safety Manager working on a major infrastructure project
Degree or equivalent in Environment Management / Sciences / Sustainability and/or completion of IEMA Foundation Certificate
NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NVQ L3 in Health and Safety
