Health and Safety Manager

Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Healthcare provider to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. Your time will be split between working from home and visiting sites across England.
You can be based anywhere in England for this role.
Responsibilities:
Effectively lead, inspire and manage a team of Health and Safety Advisors
Provide competent Health and Safety advice, conduct site inspections and carry out risk assessments
Write Health and Safety policies/procedures and submit reports under RIDDOR
Conduct performance reviews and effectively communicate with your team
Develop a great Health and Safety culture across the organisation
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
NEBOSH Diploma
Experience within the healthcare, social care, property or housing industries
First-class communication and interpersonal skills
Experience line managing staff and in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety
