Our client is looking for an ambitious Health and Safety Manager who is looking to progress within a business and implement changes across all levels with constant collaboration with the senior teams across all businesses within the group.This opportunity gives you the responsibility of implementing your processes and procedures as well as improving already existing Health and Safety standards.

This role would be Ideal for a progressive Health and Safety Manager who is looking to work with a very reputable, award winning commercial engineering specialist that was established collectively over 35 years ago. As a Company they have a very impressive client portfolio that is ever growing with works spanning the entirety of the UK and Europe. You will be situated across their primary offices in the outskirts of Northampton with regular travel to the wider group and their offices up and down the country..

Your Role as a Health and Safety Manager will include:

* Monitor and Maintain HSEQ practices within the business

* Implement new systems, strategies and training programmes

* Internal Audits & Accreditation renewals

* Reviewing risk assessments & Method Statements

The successful Health and Safety Manager will need:

* NEBOSH Certificate (Level 6 Desirable)

* Experience and proven record of implementing new H&S standards.

* CDM Experience
