Health and Safety Manager

We're Seeking a Health & Safety Manager!
Constructive Moves is excited to partner with a leading Residential Contractor renowned for its top-notch design and build quality. We're on the lookout for a new Health and Safety Manager as they expand their Health and Safety department.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for health and safety leadership, supporting a range of residential projects. We're searching for someone proactive, with an excellent grasp of team dynamics, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to present vital information across different levels.
As a Health and Safety Manager, your duties will include:
- Acting as a health and safety advisor for multiple projects.
- Keeping teams updated with the latest developments and ensuring best practices.
- Providing advice to site and project managers to help meet business goals.
- Developing, implementing, and auditing the health, safety, and welfare management system.
- Overseeing risk management, incident reporting, and investigation.
