We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and dynamic professional to join our distinguished Healthcare Team as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer. Position: Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer



Key Responsibilities:




  • Inspire and Educate:�Deliver in-depth training up to the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, shaping the next generation of leaders in the healthcare sector.

  • Manage and Mentor:�Oversee a caseload of at least 45 learners, guiding them to develop the skills and knowledge required for success in their careers.

  • Flexible Work Environment:�Enjoy a hybrid working model that allows for both remote work and face-to-face interactions during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions within your designated region.



Core Duties:




  • Guide learners through their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas, from Gateway to successful End Point Assessment.

  • Regularly assess learner work, providing constructive feedback on content, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and updating the E-Portfolio system (Aptem).

  • Identify and support learners with additional needs, utilizing the neurodiversity platform Cognassist for tailored assistance.

  • Promote and monitor safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the role.



Experience and Skills Required:




  • Possess a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or an equivalent credential.

  • Demonstrate occupational competence in the health and social care industry.

  • Hold a relevant qualification up to Level 5 in health and social care.

  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships is essential.

  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload.
