Forest Care Selection is currently working with a unique and well-established homecare provider, based in the West London area.
This specialist care provider is seeking a Training & Compliance Manager to work within their busy team, based in the West London area. The Training & Compliance Manager will become part of the senior leadership team and will support in delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, to a variety of individuals in their own homes.
The Training & Compliance Manager based in West London will be responsible for:
- Implementing the company training strategy to deliver a skilled and engaged workforce, that delivers safe and high-quality services to its clients.
- Will work closely with the senior leadership team in planning and supervising quality system audits.
- Delivering training and inducting new staff members.
- Carrying out regular audits, quality reviews, compliance and managing any risks.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance across the organisation, by monitoring and reporting on KPIs.
- Escalate concerns through the line management structure and work with service managers to support improvements.
- Managing a training budget and monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of the training through evaluation feedback
The Training & Compliance Manager in West London will need:
- An in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements for the Health & Social Care sector, including health and social care regulations and guidance.
- Extensive experience and/or a qualification in a quality improvement-related field
- Experience of being a senior manager with one of the UK regulators
- A good understanding of clinical practices.
- Experience in safeguarding and strategy meetings/investigations
- A friendly approachable manner
The Training & Compliance Manager in West London will receive:
- A salary of up to 45K per annum
