About the Role:

Randstad Tuition Services is seeking qualified and experienced tutors to provide Health and Social Care tuition to KS4 students in the Mansfield and Worksop areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support students as they explore a key subject for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored Health and Social Care tuition to KS4 students, ensuring lessons are engaging and meet curriculum requirements.
• Provide in-person support, helping students with both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, promoting confidence and understanding.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they meet their academic goals.
• Inspire students by linking course material to real-world health and social care contexts.
• Provide support on the lead up to the students exams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience or qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., teaching qualification, professional background in the field).
• DBS (On Update Service)
• Experience working with KS4 students, particularly in Health and Social Care subjects.
• Ability to deliver in-person tuition in Mansfield and/or Worksop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and motivate them.
• Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
• Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
