Starting in January 2025, this is a great opportunity for proactive and positive Health Care Support Workers with personal care and behavioural management experience to join the team at this Specialist school in Romford.
This is an Outstanding Local Authority special school for children aged 4-11 years with complex learning difficulties including autism and other sensory impairments. Some children have challenging behaviours.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to also work under the guidance of SEN trained staff, undertaking support programmes that enable access to learning for all pupils in an inclusive and progressive environment.
