Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor to join their growing team based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor to join a leading contractor delivering prestigious design and build projects across the Midlands.

The role will involve regular travel to the Company's sites and offices on a national basis. The SHE Advisor reports to the QESH Manager.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH diploma (Preferred)
  • A minimum of NEBOSH Construction certificate (Preferred)
  • Construction experience including high rise apartments (Preferred)
  • CSCS Card (Preferred)
  • SEATS (Preferred)

Key Duties:

  • Implement the Company's SHE Policy.
  • Monitor SHE performance goals.
  • Provide pro-active support on all SHE issues.
  • Show commitment to ensuring continuous improvement in SHE performance.
  • Maintain and improve an accredited Health & Safety Management system.
  • Maintain and improve an accredited Environmental Management System.

Salary & Package:

  • Excellent Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
