Evolve are recruiting for a leading research-based pharmaceutical company who are seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Advisor to join their team based at their headquarters in Hatfield.The purpose of this role is to provide operational advice to ensure high HS&E standards across the organisation.Whats on offer?Excellent Salary & Benefits: A competitive starting salary, along with an exceptional bonus, pension and more!Ideal Requirements for an Environment, Health & Safety AdvisorDemonstrated experience of HS&E management and issues, gained by a similar position in the chemical, pharmaceutical industry, or other highly regulated sectors.Environmental qualification and associate membership of IEMA or equivalent or working towards the qualification.A good working knowledge of the application of HS&E management.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Role Responsibilities for an Environment, Health & Safety AdvisorLiaise with H&S representatives, employees, and other stakeholders to assist in identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvements of HS&E standards.Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS policies, procedures, and strategies in order to meet best practice HS&E management standards.Design and deliver training to staff of all levels within the organisation on various EHS subject areas.As required, conduct incident investigations to aid collation of evidence to determine root causes and to provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.Recruitment Process2/3 stage interview process.Excited to learn more?
