Owen Mumford are hiring for a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join the team. Could this be your next role?
The Health Safety & Environment Manager is responsible for development and delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental Management within Owen Mumford to and ensure Health, Safety and Environmental Management compliance is maintained in line with current legislation and Owen Mumford requirements.
Whilst recognising that HS&E must be performed and lead by managers and associates, provide guidance, support, procedures, tools and training to ensure the effective proactive management of HS&E to ensure improvement and maintenance of high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation
Formulate, develop and review policies, procedures and other guidance necessary to ensure compliance.
Develop all the supporting and required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HS&E Management Systems to be compatible with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
Develop a reporting system to ensure the company is prepared for ISO45001 certification and maintain this through active management of systems.
Book, prepare and lead all external Third Party Audits and ensure follow up of interventions by enforcing authorities. This includes internal pre audits to ensure compliance and reviews or amen...
