Health & Safety Manager – Partitions
Walsall, West Midlands HQ + Nationwide Travel
£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Information on the role
* Ensure the KPL Health & Safety Policy is applied consistently across all business and project sites.
* Visit sites to support managers with health and safety issues, compile risk assessments, and ensure subcontractors meet safety standards.
* Advise on health and safety legislation, identify training needs, and implement systems for accident and risk management
* Conduct unannounced site visits, spot checks, and regular site inspections, reporting findings to directors.
* Lead or assist in health and safety support on larger projects, attending prestart meetings, and maintaining accurate safety records.
What we’d like from you
* Proven Health & Safety Management experience in the Construction Sector ideally within Partitions / Internals / Fit Out
* NEBOSH Qualified is essential
* First Aid is essential
* CSCS Black Card is desirable
* CDM (Construction Design & Management Regulations) Knowledge & Experience
* Willingness to travel to Sites
* Exceptional written and spoken English skills
* Self-motivated personality
* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
* Organisation and time management skills
