Health & Safety Manager

New multi-site Health, Safety & Environment Manager role. Responsible for setting and implementing the short- and long-term strategy for two manufacturing sites in the�Northamptonshire area.

This is an opportunity to put H&S at the heart of the business, pulling together all the H&S activity, working cross-functionally to engage and train all the staff, supporting with audits�and compliance, and really driving�and delivering the behavioural safety culture.

Part of a global business and leading a small team, this is a pivotal role driving a wide range of H&S initiatives. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a wide range of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards; managing the documentation, root cause analysis and reporting of incidents; and leading the continuous improvement culture across the site.
