Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.


• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).


• Proven experience teaching BTEC Health & Social Care at the further education level.


• Strong understanding of the BTEC framework and assessment requirements.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
