Position Overview:�We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a healthcare sector client, for a long-term 12 month fixed term contract. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of their construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of a reputable healthcare organization.



Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage all phases of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

  • Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.

  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress and address safety concerns.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.



Requirements:




  • Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager within the healthcare or commercial construction sector.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented and organized approach, committed to delivering high-quality results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
