Madisons Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Engineer on a permanent basis located to work in London or the Southeast.Job DescriptionThe company you will be working for a dedicated to providing M&E Solutions to clients across London and the Southeast. Work will include both public and private sector and demand the highest quality.They are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with FGAS Certification. The works will revolve around The Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Ventilation, Air Handling and Air conditioning Units within both, commercial and domestic properties.ResponsibilitiesInstalling, testing, and commissioning HVAC equipment.Performing routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.Ensuring Compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.Conducting Site surveys to assess heating and cooling requirements.Working on the design of HVAC systems based on project specifications and industry standards.Requirements3+ Years of Proven Experience as an HVAC Engineer with expertise in Installation and maintenance.F GAS Certification MandatoryStrong knowledge of HVAC Systems, components, and controls.NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent.Gas Safe Training (COCN1- ACS or equivalent)Electrical proficiency desirable.
