On behalf of our client we are recruiting across Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and Sussex. With nearly five decades of experience in heating and plumbing, we have established ourselves as the premier supplier for new gas boilers and air-source heat pumps.!
Benefits
Base Salary: £40,800
Renewables (ASHP/Solar PV): £2,000
Unvented: £500
Operative Senior Responsibility Allowance (SRA): Up to £4,800
Location Allowance: up to £2000 if based within 20 minutes of M25

Job Summary:
We are looking for a boiler heating installater engineer specializing in heat pumps and renewable energy systems to install domestic heating systems. Our projects involve various systems from multiple manufacturers, ensuring we provide the best solutions for our clients. Many of our projects are fully funded by grant schemes, and these properties are standard domestic houses, not social housing projects. We are committed to upskilling our boiler heating installer engineers with additional products and emerging technologies, sponsoring them to complete further training throughout the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installations in a professional and positive manner.
Manage your schedule effectively to meet deadlines.
Comply with building and electrical regulations and our health & safety policy.
Order necessary van stock materials.
Participate in an Emergency Call Out Rota (approximately once every 8 weeks).
Document installation evidence for our reporting processes.
Communicate job details back to the office via an electronic system.
Advise customers on maintenance options for their heating systems.
About You:
Preferably 5 years of proven experience post-qualification.
NVQ level 2 plumbing or equivalent experience.
WRAS water regulations qualification or equivalent experience..
Experience with central heating systems and pipework.
Eagerness to expand your knowledge and skillset.
Additional qualifications and skills will be considered during the recruitment and interview process. Further training can be pursued through our sponsorship agreement, with additional payments applied for each new skill acquired.
