About the Role:
As our Domestic Gas Compliance and Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery of Gas Compliance, Service, Repair and Maintenance contract to an agreed programme, budget, and quality within the councils operational targets.
Ensuring residents are provided with reliable, effective and affordable heating systems and receive high levels of service delivery you will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and legislation in context of job role e.g. Landlords Gas Safety Records, CDM Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation.

Acting as lead Officer for the Housing Service in the take-up, development, installation and maintenance guidance of new energies in line with the Councils ambition you will manage all aspects of the gas service, maintenance and the repairs contracts under your control and take on full responsibility and a...
