Are you an experienced Heavy Plant Manager looking for an opportunity to lead operations, maintenance, and compliance for a fleet of heavy machinery? As a Heavy Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all heavy plant equipment operates efficiently, is well-maintained, and meets all safety regulations. You'll lead a team, manage maintenance schedules, oversee repairs, and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling, performance, and maintenance of plant machinery
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies and manage repairs
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations through audits and risk assessments
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and operators
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to optimize operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of heavy plant machinery, operation, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & relevant plant management software
