Title: Helpdesk Administrator (Housing Repairs)

Location: Tower Hamlets

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: �14 PAYE

Our client who are one of the leading companies are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator (Housing Repairs) to join their team in the Tower Hamlets area to start ASAP on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The position is full-time office based - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Duties:

  • First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity (housing), received by telephone and e-mail
  • Raise Purchase Orders/Invoices
  • Plan repairs/maintenance work for engineers and sub-contractors
  • Dealing with phone calls on various issues from customers
  • Collate accurate reports as required.
  • Ad hoc administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Understanding of the planning/scheduling maintenance works or similar
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
