Summary
This role transitions from Helpdesk Coordinator to Team Leader during the probation period. Initially, the focus will be on learning the helpdesk role, with gradual progression to overseeing the team and managing operations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance jobs, including reactive and planned work.
* Liaise with clients and contractors across trades such as plumbing, electrical, and joinery.
* Support certification tasks like gas safety, electrical checks, and fire equipment testing.
* Transition into a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and workflows.
* Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
