Helpdesk Manager – Surrey – 40K
I am currently representing a rapidly growing Mechanical and Electrical building services specialist who have an exciting new opportunity for a helpdesk manager to come and join their office team in Redhill, Surrey.
The position is due to growth of the business and the ideal candidate would come from a helpdesk manager or supervisor level role who is looking to take a step into management. You will be overseeing a team of four helpdesk operatives in the business and have support from the existing helpdesk teams.
Your focus will be ensuring all processes are kept in alignment with the companies KPI’s and SLA’s while helping the smooth operation of the helpdesk team whilst ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Passionate about delivering service excellence
Experience in a management position or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Candidates that have worked in a HVAC or building services environment an advantage but not a must.
This is an office-based role with the hours being 8 – 5 on a 40-hour working week.
