HGV 2 Refuse Driver

Cotswold Talent Solutions are looking for HGV2 drivers to work with our prestigious Swindon based client on day shifts.

This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment. You will play a vital role in maintaining community cleanliness and promoting environmental sustainability. This position involves driving collection vehicles and assisting with the manual collection of waste and recycling from designated routes.

The role will be starting immediately.

Benefits of working for this client:

• Hourly rate, not age dependent


• Hourly rate starting at �15.50 per hour

Pay:

• �15.50ph


• Option to roll up holiday pay on hourly rate

Duties:

• Assist in the manual collection of domestic waste and recycling as required.


• Promote recycling initiatives to encourage participation and achieve set targets.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance checks.


• Collaborate with the waste collection team to meet daily service goals.


• Maintain accurate records of waste collection activities.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Cat C driving licence for more than 2 year.


• Hold a UK Digi Card


• Hold a UK CPC Card

Schedule:

• Early Day shifts available


• Start times from 6am


• Monday to Friday


• Shift length 8 hours approx.
