Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Perform deliveries and collections in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete relevant paperwork, including delivery logs and vehicle checks.
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks before and after each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe and responsible driving.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) driving license.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Previous experience in HGV driving, preferably in express freight or delivery services.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
