Shifts: Monday to Friday – No Night Shifts

Deliveries To: Dealerships and Small Businesses

Salary: OTE of £50,917.94 (Achieve a higher salary with realistic bonuses)

About the Role:

Igloo is recruiting both Trainee and Experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Drivers in the Immingham area.
If you are a class 1 driver already these roles allow us to offer the opportunity to train as an 11+ car transporter driver.

Key Responsibilities:

Within this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:

• Operate an HGV car transporter, handling 11+ new or used vehicles.


• Load and unload cars and vans onto the transporter.


• Inspect vehicles before loading.


• Interact directly with dealerships and clients.


• Deliver vehicles to dealerships and small businesses nationwide.

Requirements:

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.


• Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 2 years.


• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho card.


• No more than 6 points on your driving licence for minor offences.


• Confident in driving vehicles onto a trailer at height.


• Strong communication skills and a dedication to high standards.


• Willingness to learn and master new skills.
