HGV Class 1 driver - LTD accepted

Challengetrg are recruiting for PM Class 1 Drivers in Runcorn WA7 1NT.

New passes and LTD accepted.

Job Spec:

Store Deliveries on Boxed trailers

Loading & Unloading pallets using electric pump truck

1 hour induction required

3-day buddy training - paid at shift rate (1.5 days paid after first week, remainder 1.5 days paid at 6 weeks point for retention)

Start Times:

PM Shifts

Maximum 12hrs shifts

17:00pm - 18:00pm

Pay Rates:

LTD Weekdays : �180

LTD Weekends : �190

PAYE Weekdays : �140 - �156.89

PAYE Weekends : �150 - �168.11

Incentives

• Use of canteen all meals are �1 and snacks around 20p
• If they do 3 stores on a shift they get �50 bonus
• infringement bonus & Eco Bonus up to �2 per shift
• Option to go Temp to Perm 12 weeks

What the HGV Class 1 driver can expect:

Weekly Pay

Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours

24-hour assistance night operation team

The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver

• A full Class 1 HGV Licence
• A valid Drivers CPC Card
• A digital tachograph card
• A full understanding of WTD legislation
• Reliable and excellent time keeping
• Flexible with start times & working days
