HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Woodville, Swadlincote.

The HGV Class 1 Driver will be placed on an ongoing position. Inductions will be held upon arrival with a run to follow once complete.

LTD Company drivers accepted 

The Role:

As a HGV Class 1 driver you will be responsible for the delivery goods to RDC's and Construction sites, deliveries will be made via curtainsider or flatbed vehicles. Usually between 3-5 drops per run.

There are also positions available for HGV Class 1 Trampers with 5 nights out per week, Monday to Friday £25 per night out.

The HGV Class 1 Driver will require:

- C+E entitlement on their licence

- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card

- No more than 6 points on licence

- Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

Hours:

The start time will vary between 05:00am - 07:00am. The HGV Class 1 Driver will work between 50-55 hours over a 5 day period.

Salary: £15.75 per hour

£25 per night out for Tramping positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
