Hgv Class 1 Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Sheffield area. We are looking for experienced Class 1 driver to join the team.

Hours:�Typically shifts across Monday to Friday (occasional weekends), Days or nights

Pay Rate:��16.27 per hour PAYE (days)/ �18.00 per hour PAYE (nights)

Location:�Sheffield

Job Type: ad-hoc/temp/ongoing

The role:

� Trunking to hubs or dealing with live loads with occasional deliveries

� focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.

� Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

� Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).

� Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

� No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

� Full understanding of WTD legislation.

� Excellent communication skills.

� A safety-first mindset.
