HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver - General Haulage
Location: Lincoln
Pay Rate: £15.05 per hour, with overtime at £20.06 per hour after 8 hours (PAYE)
Shift Details: Start times from 06:00 - Length of days varying depending on runs.
Employment Type: Temporary, with ongoing and ad hoc work available. We expect this client to provide up to 5 days of work per week.

Main Duties:
* Safely transport goods to various destinations.
* Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
* Perform daily walk round inspections of the class 1 vehicle
* Keep accurate records of deliveries and completed tasks.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Qualifications:
* Valid Class 1 HGV licence
* Valid CPC and Tacho card
* Previous experience in general haulage is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different schedules.
