Salary: £16.36ph  

Contract: Full time, maximum hours available with an hour for lunch each day, permanent.

Tennants Distribution Ltd is a leading independent distributor of chemicals based in the UK. We are a subsidiary company of Tennants Consolidated Ltd and our origins go back to the late 1700’s when the company was founded in Glasgow, Scotland.

We are currently looking for a Class 1 tanker driver (full training will be given so no experience necessary) to deliver AdBlue nationwide. Maximum hours available with occasional nights out. Overtime payable at 1.5hrs after 45hrs worked.

Responsibilities

•  To complete bulk AdBlue deliveries into customer AdBlue storage tanks

•  Always adhere to company standards including good housekeeping

•  Communicate effectively with customers

•  Accurate completion of paperwork

•  Adhere to company and sites Health and Safety rules, policies and procedures

Desirables:

•  Must be personable with excellent customer service

•  Be punctual and reliable

•  Have clear communication skills

•  Proven ability to make independent decisions as well as the ability to work as part of a team

About You:

•  Hold a HGV Class 1 licence (max 6 points) along with DCPC card

•  Be punctual & reliable

•  Be good at using your initiative

•  Good communication skills
