HGV Class 1 Driver

Due to continued growth and securing a new prestigious contract with a leading logistics company in London Gateway we are urgently seeking to recruit for an experienced hgv 1 driver to work on a contract basis, doing container work.

THE ROLE
Working as a Hgv 1 driver delivering containers from port to port. Please note this position can turn to a long-term job for the right candidate.

SHIFTS
Days or Tramping (Between 12hrs-14hrs per day)

RATES:

PAYE - £14 - £16 PER HOUR 

LTD/ SELF E/ UMBRELLA - £17 - £20 PER HOUR 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Experience - minimum of 6 months of hgv driving experience commercially.
• Qualifications and Licences - Driving Licence with C+E category, CPC Qualification Card, Tacho Card.
• Always be professional and have a positive attitude towards customers.
• Advanced understanding and speaking English.
