HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted - �15.75 per hour - Starting immediately

Join Pure Staff and work with our reliable and reputable long-term client in Yardley, Birmingham. We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who will be delivering caged and palletised packaging products across the UK and in central London. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidates.

• Minimum shift length of 12 hours.
• Minimum of 2 night out shifts a week.

Your role as a HGV Class 1 Driver

• Delivering palletised and caged packaging goods to local and distance industrial areas.
• Ensure accuracy in loading and delivery, keeping customers satisfied and performing thorough checks prior to shift
• Being flexible and communicating effectively whilst on the road
• Having good knowledge of driving hours and tacho rules.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years' experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver
• A full in-date CPC, Tachograph card and Driving licence
• Have held an HGV Class 2 Driver licence for a minimum of two years
• Confidence, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Happy to work a minimum shift length of 12 hours
• Able to do a minimum of 2 nights out a week
• Attention to detail
• Willing to off-load occasionally
• No more than 6 penalty points on your license
• Minimum 25 years of age for insurance purposes
• Willing to attend an on-site interview

Pay & Benefits

• �15.75 per hour (Monday to Friday) + Holiday Entitlement
